Privacy Policy

Effective May 14, 2026. Last updated May 14, 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes how Fiamma Napoletana ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or interact with us in person at 778 W Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103. We aim to keep this policy short and plain. If anything is unclear, please reach out using the contact information at the end of this page.

Information We Collect

When you submit our private events inquiry form, we collect the information you provide directly. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, and any details you share about the event.

Regular table reservations are taken by phone. When you call us, we collect only the information we need to hold your table, such as your name, contact number, and party size.

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you browse our site, such as the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, your approximate location, and the type of device and browser you use. This is gathered through analytics and cookies and is described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, plan private events, confirm and manage reservations, and communicate about your visit. We use analytics data to understand how the website is used so we can make it more useful.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third Party Services

Our site relies on a small number of trusted third party services. Private event inquiries submitted through our website are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, which delivers them to us by email. Site traffic is measured using Google Analytics. Our map embed is provided by Google Maps. If we run paid social campaigns in the future, we may add the Meta Pixel from Facebook and Instagram.

Each of these providers receives only the information necessary to perform its function, and each maintains its own privacy practices, which you can review on their websites.

Cookies and Tracking

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that helps a website remember things between visits. We use a small amount of cookie data for two purposes: keeping the site working correctly, and basic, anonymized traffic measurement through Google Analytics. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share visitor data.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so will not break the parts of the site you actually use.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time. To make any of these requests, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Illinois Residents

Illinois law, including the Personal Information Protection Act, requires that we notify affected Illinois residents in the event of a data breach involving their personal information. If such an event occurs, we will provide notice as required by that law.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no system is perfectly secure. We encourage you to share only the information you are comfortable sharing through the website.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
